The firm has operated for decades and runs a high volume of matter-driven work where finance related processes must be controlled tightly, tracked clearly, and handled consistently across teams.
As the firm expanded, several internal workflows were still running on legacy InfoPath forms and older SharePoint Designer. Trust Deposits were a priority because they touch sensitive financial data, require approvals, and directly impact time-sensitive client work.
The Trust Deposit process was structured and approval driven, but it was running on aging InfoPath form technology and legacy workflow automation. That created operational drag, elevated risk, and made it difficult to evolve the process as needs changed.

The Trust Deposit process became more consistent and trackable, approvals required less manual follow-up, and leadership gained clearer visibility into workload and status. Just as importantly, the firm established a platform foundation that supports broader process modernization without creating disconnected point solutions.
